Over the last months, our country, community and families have been learning about and affected by the coronavirus / COVID-19. Each member of the Heritage Design family is committed to doing whatever we can to protect the health and safety of our neighbours, partners and employees. We are closely monitoring and following the recommendations of global, national, provincial and municipal health authorities to help minimize the risk of this virus spreading. To take care of our customers and employees every day, Heritage Design has implemented the following protocols:

• Additional and frequent communication and practices on health and safety measures to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe workplace for everyone (including in vehicles and on jobsites)

• Enhanced cleaning and sanitization of high contact areas in the office, shop and on the jobsite.

• Limiting size of crews and face-to-face meetings – no handshakes, but still professional and engaged.

• Increasing phone and electronic communications with customers and suppliers.

• Virtual/Remote appointments have been made available.
