Although our design team has seen their fair share of decks and fences, fulfilling your backyard vision is the goal. We are here to listen to your dreams and make them happen in your backyard. This is a good time to consider what your budget looks like, and consider any limitation laid out by your municipality.

Onsite Consultation

At the initial onsite visit our designer aims to gather as much information as then can. Not only will they be very interested in your dream list but they will also be gathering site information. Knowing the lay of the land ensures that our design “fits” your yard. Knowing your budget at this time allows up to keep your design and feature list aligned. There are many moving parts in a backyard renovation and we are here to make sure all those pieces fall into place.

Design & Estimate

Our attention to detail and clear communication shine at this stage. For the more intricate projects, expect to see preliminary design concepts to ensure we are on the right track. We find that catching adjustments early offers a smoother process. Along with a 2D computer drawing, you will then receive a detailed estimate for your project. Our staff remains available and responsive to questions and are ready to help with next stages, including researching bylaws and navigating any permit applications.
